Refund Policy

When and how you can get a refund for Botly, Perkly or Spinly.

We want you to be happy with our products. This policy explains refunds for purchases of Botly, Perkly and Spinly from Digital Param LLC.

Purchases on our websites

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. This applies to one-time payment (OTP) plans, lifetime plans and the first payment of any subscription. Subscription renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel any time to stop future renewals.

Lifetime deals from marketplaces

If you bought a lifetime deal through a marketplace such as AppSumo or DealMirror, the refund period and process of that marketplace apply. Please request the refund through the marketplace where you made the purchase.

When refunds are not given

  • Requests made after the refund period.
  • Accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.
  • Charges from third-party services you connect, such as your own AI provider API key.

How to request a refund

Send us your account email and the reason for the refund. To contact us, email us at support@digitalparam.com or use our contact page. Digital Param LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
